After reviewing resumes, Realty Resource Associates will schedule an interview and begin the evaluation process for interested candidates. The Agent position is a sub-contractor agreement. Instead of being a salaried employee of Realty Resource Associates, each agent is compensated with generated gross commissions. The day-to-day tasks of an agent include prospecting for clients and showing properties. Realty Resource Associates provides:

• Offices with state of the art technology, managerial support, and supplies
• A large database of rental listings and buyers in search of homes
• Access to MLS and LINK database for sales listings
